What are your methods of payments?
We accept all major credit cards, Bank issued debit cards, wire transfers.
Do you accept cash?
Yes No. During your rental the vehicle will be required to be rented on a Major credit card, bank issued debit card. Once vehicle is returned we can issue a refund to your original form of payment and accept cash at that point.
Do you allow additional drivers?
If you would like to share your experience with another driver, up to two additional drivers can be added under a contract. There is a daily fee of $24.99 per additional driver. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver.
How much tax do I have to pay?
The tax rate depends on which state you receive delivery of the vehicle.
Do you offer refunds?
Lehigh Luxury Rentals does not provide any refunds, returns, or exchanges for any active rental, Our goal is to provide you with superior service. If you have a reservation we do have a refund for reservations that have not started. Please refer to your quote for the refund on reservations. If you have any issue of any kind during your rental please let us know so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
What if I get a ticket?
The renter is fully responsible for any tickets that incurred while the vehicle is rented. Parking, traffic, speeding, tolls, or any other violations issued while vehicle is being rented is the responsibility of the renter. The renter must pay any fees, penalties, towing charges, impound costs and all other monies that are associated with the vehicle during their rental.
Is there a deposit due at time of reservation?
Yes there is a $100 deposit due at time of reservation.
When is my credit card charged?
A credit card authorization will take place 24 hours before rental is scheduled to commence.
Do you offer delivery/Pick up Service?
We are proud to be able to offer delivery and pick up services. Up to 25 miles from 6801 Tilghman Street Unit 125 Allentown, PA 18106 are Free of charge anything after 25 miles is subject to a charge. Please request this with your Rental Specialist and your quote will include your delivery fee. Reservations can be delivered to a requested hotel, public/private airport, and so forth. Please provide a 1 hour window for delivery and is subject to availability.
What are your rental surcharges?
Prior to finalizing a reservation, each client will receive a total quote. Your rental quote will include all state and government taxes, and fees as well as any additional mandated surcharges and/or fees.
Do you require insurance for your vehicles?
Yes. The renter is required to have full coverage auto insurance. This will be verified prior to rental starting. Please talk to your rental specialist for all insurance information
How old do you have to be to rent a vehicle?
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent from us.
Can I have someone rent the vehicle for me?
No. operation of any of our vehicles by anyone not listed on the agreement is strictly prohibited.
How many miles do I get?
Each vehicle gets 200 complimentary miles per day. If you would like additional mileage, please speak to your rental specialist for mileage packages prior to rental. If you exceed miles during your rental and no additional mileage was purchused there will be a per mile fee based on the vehicle class.
How far can I drive?
All vehicles are required to stay within state lines unless there is written prior approval from your rental specialist.
Do you offer hourly rentals?
We can allow hourly rentals on certain days. There is a 4 hour minimum and the rental must be local. No delivery or pickup service can be provided for hourly rentals. Please speak to your rental specialist for more details.
